Position Summary:

We are looking for friendly, attentive, and professional Waitstaff / Servers to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will ensure guests have a memorable dining experience through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about food and beverages
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to additional requests
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate as needed
• Process bills and handle cash or card payments accurately
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Work closely with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server or in customer service (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Friendly attitude and professional appearance
• Basic math skills for handling bills and payments
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler’s or Alcohol Service Certification (if required in your area)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Lift and carry trays (up to 25 lbs)
• Work in a fast-paced environment
