Thank you for dining with Namaste NOLA. We appreciate your support and strive to provide you with quality food and service.
Please note the following terms regarding all sales:
All Sales Are Final: We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any food or beverages once prepared and served or picked up.
Order Accuracy: If there is an error with your order or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately at the restaurant or call us at [Your Phone Number]. We will work quickly to correct any mistakes.
Allergy and Dietary Concerns: Guests are responsible for informing staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order. We cannot offer refunds if such information was not provided in advance.
Third-Party Deliveries: For orders placed through third-party delivery services (e.g. Uber Eats, DoorDash), refund or issue resolution must be handled through those platforms directly, according to their policies.
Event Deposits: Deposits for catering or private events are non-refundable. Please refer to your event agreement for details.
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable laws.
